Willow & Whimsy Studio — Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All DIY patchwork kits and custom items are carefully packed and prepared with love. Please allow 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer worldwide shipping from our studio. Delivery times and rates vary based on your location:

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International: 3-7  business days (Calculated at checkout based on destination weight and size)

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to occasional delays due to customs clearance, local postal service disruptions, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government upon arrival.

  • Willow & Whimsy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection procedures.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents within 48 hours of delivery and reach out to us at support@willowandwhimsystudio.com so we can make it right.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If you need further assistance tracking down a missing parcel, contact our support team.
